The glamorous Regent Room offers an international fusion menu of sharing and tasting plates as well as exquisite main meals and tempting desserts and cheeses. White linen graces the tables at night and the view opens out to the outdoor swimming pool and courtyard.

During the Summer months, the courtyard is the perfect place to dine listening to the sound of water cascading into the pool and watching the flames flickering in the indoor/outdoor fireplace.

The restaurant is open 7 days a week from 7am to late and serves breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, bar snacks and dinner.
